    Quitting my corporate career to realise a childhood dream, I have quickly learned that starting up and running a restaurant is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. With Hanoi Rose now into its 3rd year after a long journey of constant learning and self discovery, we remain committed to being a destination for clean and innovative Vietnamese food while staying true to our heritage.
